Standard shipping Free

Express shipping (€4.99)

• Delivery time: 24 to 48 hours (business days) from order confirmation.
• For those who don’t want to wait. Ideal for gifts or urgent deliveries.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours maximum (business days). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to follow your package right to your door.

Your satisfaction comes first. If an item doesn’t suit you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days after delivery — with no additional fees.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging and tags intact.

How to request a return

Go to our "Contact Us" page and provide the following information:

• Order number
• Full name
• Reason for return

Our team will then send you all the instructions to arrange a free pickup. The refund is issued as soon as the returned items are received and verified.
